REFUNDS

All refunds are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. If you have already used our product or service and more than seven (7) days have passed, you are not entitled to a refund.

REFUND PROCESS

To receive a refund for a purchased, please notify us by email: support@irizonebook.com and attach proof of purchase.

Once we receive your email, we will process your refund. Please allow at least sixty (60) days from receipt of your notice for your refund to be processed. Refunds may take up to 60 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
